Moving to a new home must be exciting and we are here to support you in the process. We have several of fantastic homes that you can check out by selecting from our list of rental homes. 

Required Information

We would be needing you to fill out the application and provide your ID, 3 months most recent pay stubs (or previous year’s tax return if self-employed)

Each application is reviewed in the order they are received and individually reviewed. While everyone's circumstances vary our general approval requirements are:

- monthly income of 3x rent

- 600+ credit score

- clean background with no prior evictions

We cannot make a determination without a completed application. 

Security Deposits and Move In Costs

Once approved, we require the security deposit and first month’s rent to be paid in full, upon signing the lease.

In accordance with Federal and Local statutes under the U.S. Fair Housing Act and Texas Fair Housing Act, we do not make any determinations based on race, color, religion, sex, national origin, disability or familial status.
